Wize Explorers™ was created by Zira T. Washington, an educator, former children’s behavior specialist, STEM instructor, brand strategist, and systems builder who has spent her career helping people learn, grow, and thrive.
After years of working across community mental health, classrooms, tutoring, educational leadership, and media, Zira saw a clear need:
Too many children enter school with gaps that could have been addressed earlier, while many adults guiding them are doing strong work without the structure, tools, or support they deserve.
Wize Explorers was built to strengthen that work.
Zira is also the founder of ZTW Media, a boutique creative media group and the production company behind Wize Explorers™,
With a deep love for music, fine arts, and creative expression, Zira uses her background in STEAM, strategy, and media to build experiences that are both beautiful and purposeful, all in service for the next generation.
