About the Creator

Zira T. Washington is the creator of Wize Explorers and a professional development provider with more than 30 years of experience in education. She is a licensed educator, brand strategist, and trained leader with degrees in psychology, elementary education, and educational leadership. Through Wize Explorers, she helps child care centers strengthen preschool identity through curriculum, training, routines, school-readiness systems, and implementation support.
Zira is also the founder of ZTW Media, a boutique creative media group and the production company behind Wize Explorers™, a Pre-K STEAM curriculum she created to bring together structure, creativity, and meaningful learning for young children.
With a deep love for music, fine arts, and creative expression, Zira uses her background in STEAM, strategy, and media to build experiences that are both beautiful and purposeful, all in service of the next generation.
